Common use of Execution of Agreement and Release of all Claims Clause in Contracts

Execution of Agreement and Release of all Claims. Executive agrees to fully execute this Agreement, and the Release attached as Exhibit A, releasing any and all actual or potential claims which may have arisen at any time during Executive’s employment with or termination from employment with Employer. Executive’s failure to execute this Agreement and/or Release, or any attempt to rescind this Agreement or that Release, shall terminate this Agreement, and the Parties’ respective rights and obligations under this Agreement.
