Execution of Agreement; Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original copy of this Agreement and all of which, when taken together, will be deemed to constitute one and the same agreement. The exchange of copies of this Agreement and of signature pages by facsimile, or by .pdf or similar imaging transmission, will constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the parties and may be used in lieu of the original Agreement for all purposes. Signatures of the parties transmitted by facsimile, or by .pdf or similar imaging transmission, will be deemed to be their original signatures for any purpose whatsoever.

Execution of Agreement; Counterparts. This Settlement Agreement shall become effective upon its execution subject to subsequent judicial approval. The Parties or authorized signatories may execute this Settlement Agreement in counterparts, and execution in counterparts shall have the same force and effect as if Counsel for Settlement Plaintiffs and Sprint had signed the same instrument. Any signature made and transmitted by facsimile, or other electronic means, for the purpose of executing this Settlement Agreement shall be deemed an original signature for purposes of this Settlement Agreement and will be binding upon the Party whose counsel transmits the signature page by facsimile, or other electronic means. Each counsel or other person executing this Settlement Agreement or any of its exhibits on behalf of any Party warrants that such person has the authority to do so. Any person executing this Settlement Agreement or any such related documents on behalf of a corporate signatory warrants and promises for the benefit of all Parties hereto that such person has been duly authorized by such corporation to execute this Settlement Agreement or any such related documents.
