Common use of Execution of Amendments and Supplements by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Execution of Amendments and Supplements by Trustee. The Trustee shall not be obligated to sign any amendment or supplement to this Indenture or the Bonds pursuant to this Article if the amendment or supplement, in the judgment of the Trustee, could adversely affect the rights, duties, liabilities, protections, privileges, indemnities or immunities of the Trustee. In signing an amendment or supplement, the Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and shall be fully protected in relying on, an opinion of Bond Counsel stating that such amendment or supplement is authorized by this Indenture, and will not adversely affect the exclusion of interest on the Bonds from gross income for federal income tax purposes.
