Execution of Change Order. Not more than fourteen (14) days following the date of acceptance noted on the CA, the ODR will issue the executed Change Order to the Contractor and the A/E. The Contractor will proceed with the changed work within ten (10) days of receipt of the executed Change Order.
Execution of Change Order. The Professional will issue Change Orders for signatures of parties as provided in the Standard Form of Agreement Between the Owner and the Contractor. Final execution of all Change Orders requires approval by the Owner.

Each Change Order shall reflect payment in full for a change in the Work and in no event shall Contractor be entitled to an increase in the Contract Sum in payment for the cumulative effect of multiple Change Orders.

When the Owner and the Construction Manager agree upon the adjustments in the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Contract Time, such agreement will be documented by preparation and if approved by the Fort Bend County Commissioners Court, execution of an appropriate Change Order and effective thereafter.

CITY shall execute appropriate Change Orders prepared by Engineer covering changes in the Work to be performed as provided in Article 3, Paragraph 2 of these General Conditions and Work performed in an emergency as provided in Article 4, Paragraph 12 of these General Conditions and any other claim of CONTRACTOR for a change in the Contract Time or the Contract Price which is agreed upon by CITY.
B. It is CONTRACTOR’S responsibility to notify its Surety of any changes affecting the general scope of the Work or change in the Contract Price, and the amount of the applicable Bonds shall be adjusted accordingly. CONTRACTOR shall furnish proof of such adjustment to CITY.
