Common use of Execution of Collateral Documents Clause in Contracts

Execution of Collateral Documents. The Lenders hereby empower and authorize the Agent (in its capacity as Agent or as Collateral Agent) to execute and deliver the Collateral Documents and all related documents or instruments as shall be necessary or appropriate to effect the purposes of the Collateral Documents. The Lenders further empower and authorize the Agent (in its capacity as Agent or as Collateral Agent) to execute and deliver on their behalf the Intercreditor Agreement and all related documents or instruments as shall be necessary or appropriate to effect the purposes of the Intercreditor Agreement, provided that the form of the Intercreditor Agreement has been approved by the Required Lenders, and each Lender shall be bound by the terms and provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement so executed by the Agent.
