EXECUTION OF CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECRECY AGREEMENTS. Anything to the contrary in this Article 10 notwithstanding, TI shall not disclose any Anam Confidential Information to any of its respective employees or other personnel unless and until such employees or other personnel have, prior to such disclosure, executed a written nondisclosure agreement with respect to the use, disposition and disclosure of confidential information to be disclosed to each such employee or other personnel of TI pursuant to Section 10.04.03 hereof.
