EXECUTION OF CONFIRMATIONS. Buyer and Seller agree that should the Buyer be a winning bidder at a Solar REC Auction sponsored by the Company, each will execute a Confirmation as specified and within the deadlines specified in the Auction Rules. Buyer and Seller also agree that under the terms of this Master Agreement they will be liable to the other for any damages that may result from a failure to execute a Confirmation as specified and within the deadlines specified in the Auction Rules.

EXECUTION OF CONFIRMATIONS.
