Execution of Other Documents. Upon the demand of Bank, Borrower shall promptly execute, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to execute, all such additional agreements, contracts, documents and instruments in connection with this Agreement as Bank may reasonably request in order to effect fully the transactions contemplated herein.
