Execution of Papers. Subject to the limitations and reserved powers set forth in this Agreement, and except as the Directors may generally or in particular cases authorize the execution thereof in some other manner, all deeds, leases, transfers, contracts, bonds, notes, checks, drafts and other obligations made, accepted or endorsed by the Cooperative shall be signed by its General Manager, Treasurer, or Secretary or by two or more of such officers if the document requires two signatories.
