Conflicts with Employment Agreements. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement or any other agreement of the Members and an employment contract between the Cooperative and any officer setting out the terms of employment and notice of termination of that officer, the provisions in the employment contract shall govern.

Conflicts with Employment Agreements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if there is a conflict between this agreement and any executed and enforceable employment agreement, the employment agreement controls.
