Common use of Execution of Purchases and Sales Clause in Contracts

Execution of Purchases and Sales. Purchases and sales of Sponsor Stock (other than for exchanges) shall be made on the open market on the date on which the Trustee receives from the Sponsor in good order all information and documentation necessary to accurately effect such purchases and sales (or, in the case of purchases, the subsequent date on which the Trustee has received a wire transfer of the funds necessary to make such purchases). Such general rules shall not apply in the following circumstances:
