Mutual Funds. The Sponsor hereby acknowledges that it has received from the Trustee a copy of the prospectus for each Mutual Fund selected by the Sponsor as a Plan investment option. Trust investments in Mutual Funds shall be subject to the following limitations:
Mutual Funds. For mutual funds, the ongoing payment depends on the class of shares but is typically between 0.25% and 1% of assets annually.

All transactions involving Non-Fidelity Mutual Funds shall be done in accordance with the Operational Guidelines attached hereto as Schedule "H". Mutual Funds. In the event that the Customer purchases or holds a mutual fund, the Customer agrees to read and understand the terms of its prospectus. Certain mutual funds reserve the right to change their purchasing, switching or redemption procedures or suspend or postpone redemptions under certain market conditions. Any mutual fund order entered with the Broker is placed on a best efforts basis as prescribed and recognized by the individual fund, and the Broker is not responsible for unexecuted orders due to the failure of any communication system. The Customer will be fully responsible for the information contained within the mutual fund prospectus and to hold the Broker, its Affiliates, and their respective officers and employees harmless for any deficiencies contained therein. The Customer authorizes the Broker to act as the Customer’s agent in the purchase and redemption of fund shares.
Mutual Funds. A mutual fund is a scheme under which assets are held on a pooled basis on behalf of a number of investors. It may be structured in a number of ways, for example, in the form of a company, partnership or trust. The level of risk of investing in a mutual fund depends on the underlying investments in which the scheme is invested and how well diversified it is. Investments may typically include bonds and exchange traded equities but depending on the type of scheme may include derivatives, real estates or riskier assets. There are risks relating to the assets held by the scheme and investors should check and understand the type of assets included in the pool and the scheme’s investment strategy.

Trust investments in Mutual Funds shall be subject to the following limitations:

On the effective date of this Agreement, in lieu of receiving a printed copy of the prospectus for each Fidelity Mutual Fund selected by the Sponsor as a Plan investment option or short-term investment fund, the Sponsor hereby consents to receiving such documents electronically. The Sponsor shall access each prospectus on the internet after receiving notice from the Trustee that a current version is available online at a website maintained by the Trustee or its affiliate. Trustee represents that on the effective date of this Agreement, a current version of each such prospectus is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx or such successor website as Trustee may notify the Sponsor of in writing from time to time. The Sponsor represents that it has accessed/will access each such prospectus as of the effective date of this Agreement at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx or such successor website as Trustee may notify the Sponsor of in writing from time to time. Transactions involving Non-Fidelity Mutual Funds shall be executed in accordance with the operational guidelines set forth in Schedule “D” attached hereto. Trust investments in Mutual Funds shall be subject to the following limitations:

Mutual Funds. The Trustee may invest primarily or exclusively in shares of one or more open-end investment companies (so-called mutual funds or money market funds), including investment companies for which an Affiliated Entity serves as investment manager or adviser, custodian, transfer agent, registrar, sponsor, underwriter, distributor and/or other service provider, and from which the Trustee or an Affiliated Entity receives reasonable compensation for such services. The Affiliated Entity may receive such compensation in addition to the Trustee or investment management fee paid to the Trustee.
