Common use of Execution of Repairs Clause in Contracts

Execution of Repairs. Within three months of any such notice as last aforesaid to repair and make good all defects and wants of reparation therein mentioned and in case of default by the Tenant it shall be lawful for the Landlord and its agents servants or workmen at any time to enter upon the Property and execute such repairs and works and to recover the cost thereof from the Tenant as if the same were rent in arrear
