Common use of Execution of the Activities Generally Clause in Contracts

Execution of the Activities Generally. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Activities. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Activities in accordance with the provisions of: (a) Article II of the Standard Conditions; (b) this Article II; and (c) the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006, with the modifications set forth in the Appendix to this Agreement.

Execution of the Activities Generally. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Activities. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Activities in accordance with the provisions of: (a) Article II of the Standard Conditions; (b) this Article II; and (c) the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 20062006 and revised in January 2011 and as of July 1, with the modifications set forth in the Appendix to this Agreement2016.

To this end, the Recipient shall carry out cause the Activities to be carried out by the Implementing Entities in accordance with the provisions of: (a) Article II of the Standard Conditions; (b) this Article II; and (c) the “Guidelines on Preventing Anti-Corruption Guidelines; (d) Subsidiary Agreements; and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006, with (e) the modifications set forth in the Appendix to this Implementation Agreement.
