Execution of the Partnership Agreement. Midstream Holdings and MLP GP LP shall amend and restate the Current Partnership Agreement by executing the Partnership Agreement in substantially the form included in Appendix A to the Registration Statement, with such changes as Midstream Holdings and MLP GP LP may agree.
