Common use of Executive Incentive Bonus Clause in Contracts

Executive Incentive Bonus. In addition, Employee shall be eligible to participate in the Bank’s Executive Incentive Plan, in accordance with the terms and conditions of said plan, as the Bank, in its sole and absolute discretion, may establish from time to time.

In addition, Employee shall be eligible to participate in the BankCompany’s Executive Incentive Plan, in accordance with the terms and conditions of said plan, as the BankCompany, in its sole and absolute discretion, may establish from time to time, which shall be no less favorable than the executive incentive compensation arrangements for Company’s or the Bank’s other executives at the Executive Vice President level.

In additionaddition to the Base Salary, in the event the Bank should establish a Bank Executive Incentive Plan, Employee shall be eligible to participate in the Bank’s Executive Incentive Plansaid plan, in accordance with the terms and conditions of said plan, as the Bank, in its sole and absolute discretion, may establish from time to time.
