Common use of Executive Loans Clause in Contracts

Executive Loans. Neither Company nor any ERISA Affiliate has violated Section 402 of Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 and the execution of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not, to the knowledge of Company, cause such a violation.

Executive Loans. Neither the Company nor any ERISA Affiliate has violated the provisions of Section 402 of Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 SOX applicable to loans to key executives, and the execution of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not, to the knowledge of the Company, cause such a violationviolation of such provisions of Section 402 of SOX.

Executive Loans. Neither the Company nor any ERISA Affiliate has violated Section 402 of Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 and the execution of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby will not, to the knowledge Knowledge of the Company, cause such a violation.
