Common use of Executive Officer's Certificates Clause in Contracts

Executive Officer's Certificates. The financial statements of Borrower and each Co-Guarantor, called for by Section 6.2(a) and (b), shall be accompanied by a certificate of one of the principal executive officers of Borrower and each Co-Guarantor stating that there exists no Event of Default as defined in this Agreement and no event which, with the giving of notice or passage of time, or both, would constitute such an Event of Default, or, if this is not the case, that one or more specified events of default or above-specified events have occurred.
