Common use of Executive Offices – Local Union Clause in Contracts

Executive Offices – Local Union. Any employee elected to a full-time office / position in the Union or any other body with which the Union is affiliated, shall be granted leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority, for the term of their election. Upon retirement from said office, the employee shall be reinstated to their former employment status, job classification providing they possess the required qualifications and demonstrated ability.
