Executive Recruiting Firm. The Company shall retain an executive recruiting firm, reasonably acceptable to a Majority in Interest of the Investors, to conduct a search for and diligently pursue the hire of a senior executive officer in the area of drug development (which individual shall have extensive small molecule development experience and expertise and be acceptable to the Board of Directors) until such time as such senior executive officer in the area of drug development is appointed by the Board of Directors.
