Executive Savings Plan. Subject to the Company’s right to terminate or amend, at any time with or without notice to the Executive, the Company’s Executive Savings Plan, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Executive Savings Plan according to the terms and conditions of the Executive Savings Plan.
