Executive Sponsor. 33.1.1 Allegheny’s Executive Sponsor, Mxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, or other such person as may be subsequently designated in writing by Allegheny, shall be the primary contact with Contractor’s corporate management and shall have authority to act for Allegheny with respect to all matters pertaining to this Agreement.
33.1.2 Contractor’s Executive Sponsor, Fxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xx., an officer of Contractor or some other officer as may be subsequently designated in writing by Contractor, shall have authority to act for Contractor with respect to all matters pertaining to this Agreement. The Executive Sponsor shall be available to Allegheny’s representatives at any reasonable time, regarding among other things, communications to Contractor’s corporate management of its performance of the Work. It is agreed that the Executive Sponsor shall maintain a detailed knowledge of the progress of the Work and of significant or anticipated problems and shall ensure that Contractor fulfils its obligations under this Agreement. In particular, the Executive Sponsor shall attend regular project review meetings and shall receive copies of Contractor’s regular progress reports and other significant correspondence. If Contractor’s Project Manager and Allegheny’s Project Manager cannot reach agreement on any material matter related to the Work, the matter will be decided by Contractor’s Executive Sponsor and Allegheny’s Executive Sponsor.
Executive Sponsor. The provisions of Section 5.1 regarding the Steering Committee shall also apply with the same force and effect with respect to the Executive Sponsors.
Executive Sponsor. The Executive Sponsor is a high-ranking member of the agency’s management team. They are the visible champion of the project within the agency and is the ultimate decision maker, with final approval on all phases, deliverables and scope changes. The Executive Sponsor will help ensure that this project achieves its full potential for impact. The designated Executive Sponsor for this project is Xxx Xxxxxxx, Mayor of Milwaukee.

Executive Sponsor. Each of GECC and the Company shall, within ten (10) days after the IPO Date, appoint a person to be its executive sponsor (“Executive Sponsor”) and give the other Party Notice of such appointment in accordance with Clause 14. Ensure engagement & timely involvement of functional groups impacted by this project. • Project Sponsor o SRC’s single point of contact who is fully participatory in the project and is authorized to make all decisions related to this project. o Responsible for coordinating timely efforts of other District project participants. ▪ Project Sponsor arranges: ▪ A qualified technical liaison with supporting backup personnel in case primary contact is unavailable. ▪ An administrative liaison that is intimately familiar with the registration process and has the authority to act as an agent of change. ▪ A District’s trainer who is responsible for planning and training all District staff after being trained by SRC staff. We employ a “train the trainer” approach to ensure that knowledge of your Gateway platform and impact on your business processes is held internally and that expertise is built within the District. The District Trainer is responsible for identifying additional training resource needs for the District, staffing to meet these needs, scheduling training for all impacted District staff, and identifying and providing appropriate on-site resources for each building during the first 30 days of usage. ▪ Gateway Specialist –will provide direction to District staff and be the first point of contact. Executive Sponsor. Your NHS Board should assign a designated Executive Lead for this work. This person is responsible for overseeing the ScotPFA locally. It is expected that this leader will have influence and authority to allocate the time and resources necessary to support achievement of the aims and unblock barriers to progress. The Executive Sponsor is expected to: Participate in meetings and webinars with the National Team and IHO as outlined in the Schedule (Appendix D) Oversee the execution of the ScotPFA Engage and influence local clinical staff, managerial staff and key stakeholders Communicate the project aims, objectives and deliverables across the organisation and with colleagues across NHS Scotland Communicate the work with the NHS Board Chief Executive and senior management team to ensure it remains a priority and is aligned with local improvement work
Executive Sponsor. 5.1.2.1 S&S will assign an Executive Sponsor for the duration of this project. The Client must also assign an Executive Sponsor. This ensures the needs of all parties are being met. Executive Sponsors shall interact and/or meet on a mutually agreed upon basis and may engage on any type of issue.
