Labour Management Committee. (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.
(b) An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance.
(c) It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. It is also agreed that the topic of the utilization of full-time and part-time staff is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. The committee shall have access to work schedules and job postings upon request.
(d) It is understood that joint meetings with other Labour-Management Committees in the Hospital may be scheduled concerning issues of mutual interest if satisfactory to all concerned.
(e) Where two or more agreements exist between a Hospital and CUPE the Committee may be a joint one representing employees under both agreements, unless otherwise agreed.
Labour Management Committee. (a) There will be established a Labour/Management Committee composed of two union representatives and two employer representatives. The parties may mutually agree to increase the size of the Committee up to a maximum of four union representatives and four employer representatives. This Committee may call upon additional persons for technical information or advice. The Committee may establish subcommittees or "ad-hoc" committees as it deems necessary and will set guidelines and operating procedures for such committees. Where warranted, and where an Employer has locations in more than one geographic area, a separate Labour/Management Committee may be established for each of those geographic areas (see definition below)1.
(b) The Committee will meet at least once every 60 days or at the call of either party at a mutually agreeable time and place. Employees who attend meetings of the Committee as representatives of the Union shall be compensated with straight-time pay. Compensation at straight-time pay for work outside the Committee members' regular working hours is limited to a combined total of 24 hours per year.
(c) An employer representative and a union representative will alternate in presiding over meetings. Minutes of each meeting of the Committee will be prepared by the Employer and approved by an employer and union designate who were in attendance at the meeting. Once approved, the minutes will be distributed to the Union and the Employer within three working days.
(d) The Committee will not have jurisdiction over wages or any other matter of collective bargaining, including the administration of this agreement. The Committee will not supersede the activities of any other Committee of the Union or of the Employer and will not have the power to bind either the Union or its members or the Employer to any decisions or conclusions reached in their discussions.
(e) The Committee will have the power to make recommendations to the Union and the Employer on the following general matters:
(1) reviewing matters, other than grievances, relating to the maintenance of good relations between the parties;

The Committee shall be comprised of an equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed and shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. The Committee shall meet once every two (2) months, unless agreed otherwise. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed. Where a Hospital has two or more agreements with OPSEU, then a joint committee shall represent all units unless otherwise agreed. The Hospital undertakes to notify the Union in advance so far as practicable of any renovations or construction projects that will affect bargaining unit employees.
Labour Management Committee. The parties agree that matters of mutual concern should be discussed at a Labour/Management Committee meeting. Membership shall consist of equal numbers of representatives which shall be determined locally. Meetings will be conducted as necessary with either party requesting a meeting in writing coupled with a proposed agenda. The Labour/Management committee representatives shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending these meetings.

Labour Management Committee. A Labour Management Committee shall be established consisting of three (3) members from the Corporation and three (3) members from the Association executive. The Association and the Corporation agree to keep each party informed of Committee members. The Labour Management Committee shall meet quarterly and shall be at a location and time mutually agreed upon. The purpose of this committee is to discuss employment issues of mutual concern.
Labour Management Committee. There shall be a Labour Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly unless otherwise agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to VON nursing or matters relating to the interpretation or administration of this Agreement. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective meaningful communication. Time off for such representatives to attend meetings of the Labour Management Committee in accordance with the foregoing shall be granted and any representatives attending such meetings during the regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance.
Labour Management Committee. 9.01 Establishment of Committee
Labour Management Committee. 20.01 The Union and the Employer acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from joint discussion and consultation, and agree to establish a Labour/ Management Committee. This Committee will attempt to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ effective communications and working relationships between the Parties, and to maintain a spirit of mutual co-operation and respect. This Committee will review matters of concern, arising from the application of this Agreement.
20.02 The Labour/Management Committee will be composed of 5 Union Representatives, of whom one shall be the Unit 1 Chairperson (Unifor Local 5555) or such designate as the Local Union may appoint, and 5 representatives of the Employer, of whom 2 shall be the Director, Employee/Labour Relations, and the Vice-President, Administration or designate of an appropriate senior level. A quorum will be 6 members, provided that 3 representatives of each Party are present. The Committee shall select, from itself, one Union member and one University member to serve as joint Chairs who shall be responsible for preparing a mutually agreed upon agenda and for presiding over the meeting.
20.03 The Employer shall supply support for the Committee to take minutes, circulate notices of meetings and agendas.
20.04 The Committee shall approve minutes taken and publicly post minutes and agendas. Agendas shall be posted at least 7 days prior to the date of meeting.
20.05 The Committee, when it reaches a decision to make a recommendation, will forward such recommendation to their respective Parties.
20.06 The Committee shall meet at least once every 2 months, and at other times as mutually determined. The Parties may mutually agree to cancel any scheduled meeting.
