Common use of Executive’s Covenant Clause in Contracts

Executive’s Covenant. Beginning on the Employment End Date, Executive shall not make, participate in the making of, or encourage any other person to make, any statements, written or oral, which criticize, disparage, or defame the reputation of, or which embarrass the Company, its subsidiaries and their affiliates or any of their respective present, former or future directors, officers, executives, employees and/or shareholders.

Beginning on the Employment End Effective Date, Executive shall not make, participate in the making of, publish by any means including by posting on social media, or encourage any other person to make, any statements, written or oral, which criticize, disparage, or defame the reputation of, or which embarrass the Company, its subsidiaries and their affiliates Company or any of their respective present, former or future directors, officers, executives, employees and/or shareholders.

Executive’s Covenant. Beginning on Following the Employment End Dateeffective date of this Agreement, the Executive shall not make, participate in the making of, or encourage or facilitate any other person to make, any statements, written or oral, which criticize, disparage, or defame the goodwill or reputation of, or which are intended to embarrass or adversely affect the morale of, Company, its subsidiaries and their affiliates or any of their respective present, former or future directors, officers, executives, employees and/or shareholders.
