Upon termination of this Agreement, Executive shall deliver promptly to the Company all equipment, notebooks, property, documents, memoranda, reports, files, books, correspondence, lists, or other written or graphic records and the like, relating to the Company's business, which are or have been in Executive's possession or under her control.
