EXECUTIVE’S DUTIES ON TERMINATION. Upon termination of his employment, Executive will return immediately to the Company all of the Company’s property in Executive’s possession or control, including, but not limited to, phone cards, credit cards, reports, Proprietary Information, software, keys, files, data, customer lists, equipment, and all other tangible and intangible property belonging to the Company or relating to Executive’s employment with the Company.
