Executive's Duty to Provide Materials. Upon the termination of the Term of Employment for any reason, Executive or his estate shall surrender to the Company all correspondence, letters, files, contracts, mailing lists, customer lists, advertising materials, ledgers, supplies, equipment, checks, and all other materials and records of any kind that are the property of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, that may be in Executive's possession or under his control, including all copies of any of the foregoing; provided, however, Executive shall not be required to surrender his personal rolodex, telephone book, appointment book and personal materials acquired by Executive prior to the date hereof.
