Common use of Executive’s Position Clause in Contracts

Executive’s Position. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall employ Executive to serve as Vice President, Operations of the Company and USI. Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Officer of USI (the “USI COO”).

Executive’s Position. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall employ Executive to serve as Executive Vice President, Operations President of Finance and Administration of the Company and USI. Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Officer CEO of USI (the “"USI COO”CEO").

Executive’s Position. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall employ Executive to serve as Senior Vice President, Operations President of Sales and Marketing of the Company and USI. Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Officer CEO of USI (the “"USI COO”CEO").

Executive’s Position. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall employ Executive to serve as Senior Vice President, Operations President and General Counsel of the Company and USI. Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Officer CEO of USI (the “"USI COO”CEO").

Executive’s Position. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall employ Executive to serve as Senior Vice President, Operations President of Corporate Development of the Company and USI. Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Officer CEO of USI (“the “USI COOCEO”), or his designee.

Executive’s Position. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall employ Executive to serve as Senior Vice President, Operations President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and USI. Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Officer CEO of USI (the “"USI COO”CEO").

Executive’s Position. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall employ Executive to serve as Senior Vice President, Operations Human Resources of the Company and USI. Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Financial Officer of USI (the “USI COOCFO”).

Executive’s Position. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall employ Executive to serve as Executive Vice President, Operations President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and USI. Executive shall report to the Chief Operating Officer CEO of USI (“the “USI COOCEO”), or his designee.
