Common use of Executive’s Release of the Company Clause in Contracts

Executive’s Release of the Company. Executive understands that by agreeing to the release provided by this Section 5, Executive is agreeing not to sue, or otherwise file any claim against, the Company or any of the Company’s directors, officers, employees, investors or other agents for any reason whatsoever based on anything that has occurred as of the date Executive signs this Agreement.

Executive’s Release of the Company. The Company acknowledges that as of the date hereof it is not aware of any claims, either unasserted or asserted, that it may have against Executive in equity, or under local, state or federal law or regulation, or the laws and regulations of the foreign jurisdictions.
