Common use of EXEL PRODUCTS Clause in Contracts

EXEL PRODUCTS. EXEL hereby agrees to defend and hold harmless PDL and its agents and employees from and against any and all Losses resulting directly or indirectly from the manufacture, use, testing, handling, storage, sale or other disposition of EXEL Products by EXEL or its Affiliates, agents or sublicensees except to the extent such Losses result from the negligence or wrongdoing of PDL.
