Exemption – Annual Aggregate Business. (MGO 39.02(9)(a)c.): The Department will determine, at the time this Contract is presented for signature, if the Contractor is exempt because it will have less than $50,000 in annual aggregate business with the City in the calendar year. CONTRACTORS WITH 15 OR MORE EMPLOYEES WILL LOSE THIS EXEMPTION AND BECOME SUBJECT TO SEC. I.3. UPON REACHING $50,000 OR MORE ANNUAL AGGREGATE BUSINESS WITH THE CITY WITHIN THE CALENDAR YEAR, BEGINNING IN 2019.
