Exemption for certain transactions. A. The provisions of these rules shall not apply to: 1. The selection of services related to the management and investment of the Institution's endowment funds, endowment income, or gifts. However, selection of these services shall be governed by the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act, Chapter 11 (§ 64.2-1100 et seq.) of Title 64.2
