Exemption from Competitive Bidding. The Parties acknowledge that the Contract has been awarded under an exemption from competitive bidding requirements pursuant to ORS 279C.335, as authorized by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. As such, the CM/GC shall abide by and assist the Project Team in complying with the requirements as designated herein or as otherwise may be required by rule or statute. To that end, the CM/GC shall provide significant input and assist in the preparation of the post-Project evaluation report described in ORS 279C.335.
