Exercise/Event Communications. The Contractor shall provide technical and operational support in communications and networking to the Joint Training and Experimentation Network (JTEN) and Global Simulation Capability Network (GSCNET) for the NSC, MCTP, Reserve Component (RC) and Institutions while managing Common Hardware Platform (CHP), and technical resources for events scheduled.
