Exercise of Duties by the Board of Directors of the General Partner; General Partner Standard of Care. (a) Any action to be taken by the Partnership, that if the Partnership were a British Columbia corporation would require the approval of the corporation’s board of directors, shall only be taken with the approval of the board of directors of the General Partner.
