Common use of Exercise of Landlord’s Discretion Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Landlord’s Discretion. In any instance hereunder in which Landlord must be reasonable in making a request or granting or withholding an approval or consent, Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may take into account the reasonable objections of Landlord Mortgagee, to the extent Landlord is required to do so under the Landlord Mortgage Documents.
