Landlord’s Fees Sample Clauses
The 'Landlord’s Fees' clause defines the types of charges or administrative costs that a landlord may require a tenant to pay in connection with the lease. This can include fees for processing applications, preparing lease documents, granting approvals, or handling requests such as subletting or assigning the lease. By specifying these fees in advance, the clause ensures transparency for tenants regarding potential extra costs and helps prevent disputes over unexpected charges during the lease term.
