Exercise of Lender Rights. Each Borrower hereby authorizes and empowers Lender in its sole discretion, without any notice or demand to such Borrower whatsoever and without affecting the liability of such Borrower hereunder, to exercise any right or remedy which Lender may have available to it against the other Borrowers.
