Exercise of Options and SARs Conditioned on Continuous Employment. Except as otherwise provided in this Plan or by the Compensation Committee, no Participant may exercise an Option or SAR unless at the time of exercise he or she has been continuously in the employ of the Company or a Subsidiary since the date of grant thereof.
