Common use of Exercise of Reasonable Precautions Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Reasonable Precautions. In order to secure the obligations set out in this Clause 7 the Receiving Party agrees to exercise every reasonable precaution to prevent and restrain the unauthorised disclosure and use of information subject to confidentiality, including restricting access to such information to such of its employees as are bound to keep such information confidential and need to have such access for the purpose of this Agreement.

Exercise of Reasonable Precautions. In order to secure the comply with its obligations set out in this Clause 7 section 9, the Receiving Party agrees to exercise every reasonable precaution to prevent and restrain the unauthorised unauthorized disclosure and use of information subject to confidentialitythe Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information, including restricting access to such information to such of its employees and agents as are bound to keep such information confidential and need to have such access for the purpose purposes of the transactions contemplated under this Agreement.
