Precautions. The Lessee shall take all the precautions against damages that may be or is reasonably likely to be caused to the Project from or by floods or from accidents, The Lessee shall comply with all rules and regulations, bye laws and directions given from time to time by any local or public authority in connection with this work and shall pay all fees which are chargeable on it.
Precautions. As the tests for effective refrigerating capacity are carried out with the thermostat of the refrigeration unit disconnected, the following precautions shall be observed: if the equipment has a hot gas injection system, it shall be inoperative during the test; with automatic controls of the refrigeration unit which unload individual cylinders (to tune the capacity of the refrigeration unit to motor output) the test shall be carried out with the number of cylinders appropriate for the temperature.
Precautions. Precautions. The Recipient will treat, and ensure that its relevant Personnel, Subcontractors and Affiliates treat, the Confidential Information in strictest confidence, applying at least the same standard of care as the Recipient exercises for its own information of a similar nature and sensitivity.
Precautions. The parties mutually agree to take all reasonably necessary steps, and to prepare and execute all necessary documents, to protect and prohibit the disclosure of Proprietary and Confidential Information under this Section 22 using the higher of a reasonable standard of care or the care used by such party to protect its own confidential or proprietary information. Each party will immediately notify the other party of any information that comes to its attention which might indicate that there has been a loss of confidentiality with respect to such other party's Confidential and Proprietary Information.
Precautions. Contractor shall be responsible for the safety of its operations and the operations of each Subcontractor. Contractor shall initiate and maintain reasonable safety precautions and programs designed to promote safety and prevent injury to persons or damage to property on, about or adjacent to the Site. Contractor shall erect and maintain reasonable safeguards for the protection of workers and the public. Contractor shall exercise reasonable efforts to eliminate or xxxxx reasonably foreseeable safety hazards created by or otherwise resulting from performance of the Work. At least thirty (30) Days prior to commencement of activities at the Site, Contractor shall submit to GEC for review a safety and security plan. GEC and its consultants, representatives, lenders, etc. shall at all times adhere to Contractor’s safety and security plans and programs.
Precautions. Because welding and other hot work is a fire hazard, the Contractor must observe the following precautions and procedures (when possible, work should be done in a non-combustible area):
A) No sprinkler impairments are allowed during “Special Work” and while the fire watch is in place. The sprinkler impairment restriction is for the floor the “Special Work” is taking place on and the floor above and the floor below.
B) Smoke Detectors in the work area should be de-activated by the Building Manager for the duration of the work. The Property Manager will re-activate smoke detectors when the work is complete.
C) Combustible materials shall be located at least fifty (50) feet from hot work operations and shall be covered with non-combustible materials.
D) All flammable liquids and other hazards must be removed.
E) All floor and wall openings must be covered with non-combustible material.
F) Containers, tanks, ducts, etc. must be cleaned and purged of flammable vapors, liquids, dusts etc.
G) A minimum of one multipurpose ABC rated portable fire extinguisher must be provided within ten (10) feet of the work area. The extinguisher should be fully charged and have been properly serviced within the last year. It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide fire extinguishers. Building extinguishers should not be used. A standpipe hose should also be readily available.
H) A fire watch should be maintained on the floor levels where the work was conducted plus the next two floors below for at least one hour after welding or burning has ceased. The fire watch shall consist of a member of the Lexington Fire Department. If there is a chance that slag could enter into a utility or elevator shaft, then the fire watch should cover the base of the shaft as well as the intermediate floors.
I) If determined, a member of the Lexington Fire Department shall be on site, at Tenant cost, for any “Special Work”. Tenant shall, at its own expense, maintain and keep in force, or cause to be maintained and kept in force by any general contractors, sub-contractors or other third party entities where required by contract, throughout any period of alterations to the Premises or the Building by Tenant, the following insurance coverages:
Precautions. The following precautions, as a minimum, shall be taken to ensure that unadulterated specimens are obtained and correctly identified:
Precautions. The party to whom disclosure of the Confidential Information has been made (the “receiving party”) shall treat such information as confidential and shall exercise reasonable care with respect to the Confidential Information, at least to the same degree of care as the party employs with respect to protecting its own proprietary and confidential information. A receiving party shall limit disclosure of Confidential Information to those directors, officers, employees, and agents of the party who need to know the Confidential Information in connection with the Discussions and have been advised of the confidential nature of the information.
Precautions. Wait at least twenty (20) minutes after drinking, eating, or smoking before using the SOBERLINK® device. Failure to observe this waiting period may cause inaccurate readings and damage the SOBERLINK® device’s fuel cell sensor.
