Common use of Exercise of Rights and Waivers Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Rights and Waivers. No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, a right of the Lender under this deed will operate as a waiver of that right, nor will a single or partial exercise of a right preclude another or further exercise of that right or the exercise of another right.
