Common use of Exercise of the Warrants Clause in Contracts

Exercise of the Warrants. At any time prior to the Expiration Date, the Holder shall be entitled to exercise some or all of the Warrants represented by this Warrant Certificate and purchase an equal number of Common Shares upon surrender of this Certificate at the principal office of the Company, together with: (i) the form of Election to Purchase annexed hereto duly executed; and (ii) a certified cheque of bank draft, payable at par, in Canadian currency, to or to the order of the Company, in the amount of the Exercise Price per Warrant (as hereinafter determined) multiplied by the number of Warrants being so converted. The exercise price per Warrant to be exercised shall be one (US$1.00) United States dollar (the "Exercise Price"). Upon the exercise of less than all of the Warrants to purchase the Common Shares evidenced by this Warrant Certificate, there shall be issued to the Holder a new Warrant Certificate in respect of the Warrants not exercised.
