Common use of Exercise of Voting Rights Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Voting Rights. (a) Each Secured Party agrees with the Security Agent that it will cast its vote in any proposal put to the vote by or under the supervision of any judicial or supervisory authority in respect of any insolvency, pre-insolvency or rehabilitation or similar proceedings relating to any Group Company as instructed by the Security Agent.

Exercise of Voting Rights. (a) Each Secured Party Creditor and Intra-Group Lender agrees with the Security Agent that it will cast its vote in any proposal put to the vote by or under the supervision of any judicial or supervisory authority in respect of any insolvency, pre-insolvency or rehabilitation or similar proceedings relating to any member of the Group Company insofar as such proceedings relate to the Transaction Security (or any enforcement or realisation thereof) as instructed by the Security Agent.

Exercise of Voting Rights. (a) Each Secured Party Intra-Group Lender agrees (to the fullest extent permitted by law at the relevant time) with the Security Agent that it will cast its vote in any proposal put to the vote by or under the supervision of any judicial or supervisory authority in respect of any insolvency, pre-insolvency or rehabilitation or similar proceedings relating to any Debtor or member of the Group Company or any Security Grantor as instructed by the Security Agent.

Exercise of Voting Rights. (a) Each Secured Party Intra-Group Xxxxxx agrees (to the fullest extent permitted by law at the relevant time) with the Security Agent that it will cast its vote in any proposal put to the vote by or under the supervision of any judicial or supervisory authority in respect of any insolvency, pre-insolvency or rehabilitation or similar proceedings relating to any Debtor or member of the Group Company or any Security Grantor as instructed by the Security Agent.
