Common use of Exercise Periods Clause in Contracts

Exercise Periods. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Warrants shall be exercisable on, or at any time and from time to time on any Business Day after, September 30, 2009. (b) No Warrant shall be exercisable after October 15, 2011 (the “Expiration Date”).

Exercise Periods. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Warrants shall be exercisable on, or at any time and or from time to time on any Business Day afteron or after December 31, September 30, 20092002 (the "Exercisability Date"). The Company shall notify the Warrant Agent of the occurrence of the Exercisability Date. (b) No Warrant shall be exercisable after October 15December 31, 2011 2009 (the “"Expiration Date”").
