Common use of Exhaustion of District-Paid Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Exhaustion of District-Paid Sick Leave. Employees who are absent because of illness and who have exhausted all District-paid sick leave shall continue to receive full insurance coverage to be paid by the District for that period of illness not to exceed twelve (12) months or until termination.
