Common use of Exhaustion of Title XXI Funds Clause in Contracts

Exhaustion of Title XXI Funds. If the Commonwealth has exhausted title XXI funds, expenditures for these optional targeted low-income children may be claimed as title XIX expenditures as approved in the Medicaid state plan. The Commonwealth shall report expenditures for these children as waiver expenditures on the Forms CMS 64.9 Waiver and/or CMS 64.9P Waiver in accordance with section X (Reporting Expenditures Under the demonstration).
