Common use of Exhibit Fee Clause in Contracts

Exhibit Fee. The Exhibit Fee includes an assigned area of the size designated on Page 1 in the designated exhibit area furnished with the complimentary items selected by Exhibitor on Page 1 and/or other items approved by Management and provided at Exhibitor’s expense. The Exhibit Fee does not provide access to the Program’s plenary, general or concurrent sessions, meal functions or other specially-designated activities, unless specifically stated. The Exhibit Fee does not include Program Passes, Meal Passes or Meal Tickets (these must be purchased separately; if not included in package).
