Exhibiting Leased Premises. 12.02 ARTICLE XIII - MISCELLANEOUS
Exhibiting Leased Premises. The Tenant will permit the Landlord or the agents of the Landlord to exhibit the Leased Premises at all reasonable hours during the last six (6) months of the Term to prospective tenants and all other persons having written authority from the Landlord or the agents of the Landlord to view the Leased Premises. The Landlord shall further have the right to enter upon the Leased Premises at all reasonable hours during the Term for the purpose of exhibiting the Development to any prospective purchaser or mortgagee.
Exhibiting Leased Premises. The Landlord or its agents may enter and exhibit the Leased Premises to: (i) prospective tenants during the last twelve (12) months of the Term; or (ii) purchasers of the Land or the Leased Premises during Normal Business Hours during the Term.

Exhibiting Leased Premises. The Tenant shall permit the Landlord or its agents to exhibit the Leased Premises to prospective tenants during the last six (6) months of the Term thereof during normal business hours upon at least 24 hours advance notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the Tenant does not exercise any option that is available to it to renew or extend the Term, the Landlord may (during business hours after at least twenty-four (24) hours notice) exhibit the Leased Premises at any time after the earlier of the date the Tenant notifies the Landlord that it will not be exercising such option or, in the absence of such notice, the last day on which the Tenant may exercise such option.
Exhibiting Leased Premises. The Landlord, during normal business hours, may exhibit the Leased Premises to prospective tenants during the last six months of the term and, at all reasonable times, to the Landlord’s prospective purchasers and lenders, but in so doing, will disturb the Tenant as little as reasonably possible.
