Common use of Exhibiting Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Exhibiting Leased Premises. The Tenant shall permit the Landlord or its agents to exhibit the Leased Premises to prospective tenants during the last six (6) months of the Term during normal business hours upon at least 24 hours advance notice.

Exhibiting Leased Premises. The Tenant shall permit the Landlord or its agents agents, during Normal Business Hours but upon forty-eight (48) hours advance notice, to exhibit the Leased Premises Premises: (a) to prospective tenants during the last six (6) months of the Term Term; and (b) to prospective purchasers of the Property or any part thereof at any time during normal business hours upon at least 24 hours advance noticethe Term.
